PRE-INSTALLED CASTERS WITH BUMPER & BRAKE: Industrial casters are designed to hold up over 150 lbs each. Diameter posts and 3/8″ inserts featuring a swivel wheel design for easy mobility. A set of 4 includes brakes on 2 of the wheels for control and safety.

ROBERT SHAW SELF-RESET HIGH TEMPERATURE LIMITING DEVICE: This High Temperature Limit Switch is set under precision and 100% tested to ensure the temperature point is accurate. High temperature limiting device also acts as a secondary safety device when the electric thermostat fails.

FRYER BASKET WITH FRONT HOOK: These fryer baskets come equipped with a front hook to provide a convenient way to hang the basket out of the oil once you’re finished frying. Easily drain the excess oil from your food!

NICKEL PLATED BASKETS: This nickel plated fryer basket includes a wire mesh crumb screen. It also features a coated cool-to-touch handle to ensure that you never get burned when taking hot items out of the oil, even with heavy usage.

HEAVY DUTY BURNERS: These heavy duty cast iron burners are tested and optimized for high gas efficiency.

SAFETY VALVE: Our safety valves have been rigorously tested to ensure that they will automatically stabilize your flame in case of emergency. They are an essential piece to any efficiently working system.
