This medium duty Range-Match fryer, model GF16-FR, 110,000 BTU (32.2 kW) features multiple orifice Starfire burners, with centre line thermostat that is accurate to 1°. It has a 35 lb capacity stainless steel open-design frypot. This commercial unit has a stainless steel front, door, cabinet, and backguard. The Range-Match fryer matches G and GF series rages and broilers with low profile backguards. The 12″ (305mm) x 15″ (381mm) frying area has a large heat transfer area and deep cold zone. This unit includes a matching 16″ (406mm) wide fryer station with cabinet base.
