The centerline thermostat is located in the center of the cooking area and monitors oil temperature in precise 1 degree increments. Multiple burner orifices with ceramic targets produce even heat, and Garland offers a life-time warranty on the fryer tank. Deep “cold zones” allow breathing and small food particles to settle without continuing to fry which extends shortening life. Open vat design is easy to clean, and a clean vat reduces flavour transfer from food to food and extends oil life.

This heavy-duty, range-match gas fryer, model M35SS features thermostat controls, Piezo spark ignition, 1-1/4″ front manifold, a 110,000 BTU/Hr., (32.23kW), infra-red jet-type burner and a 35lb. (16kg), capacity stainless steel fry pot. Stainless steel front, front rail and sides.
