Able to prepare up to 110 lbs in 60 minutes, this sturdy unit features a stainless steel and plastic feed attachment with an all metal body for maximum durability, plus a powerful fan-cooled 1 hp motor. The two feed tube openings accommodate a variety of items, and all attachments may be easily removed for cleaning.
A 4 mm (5/32″) slicing disc and a 2 mm (5/64″) grating disc are included so you can begin processing right away!
The Robot Coupe CL40 requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
