Scanpan – 8″ Classic Bread Knife

The knife blades are sharpened using a new grinding technique for improved and longer-lasting sharpness. The shape of the bolster allows the knife to be held in a pinch grip, where the thumb and index finger sit forwards on the spine of the blade for enhanced efficiency and precision. Moreover, the spine is rounded for greater finger comfort.

The Classic 8” Bread Knife is great for slicing foods with thick crusts or rinds like artisan breads and melons/gourds. It also cuts through soft bread without crushing it.
