Scanpan – Classic Poultry Shears

Scanpan Classic is an extensive series of functional and elegant kitchen knives which handle the most demanding tasks. Danish design and modern production technology are combined in Scanpan’s new and upgraded Classic knife series which is a joy to use in the kitchen. The knife blades are sharpened using a new grinding technique for improved and longer-lasting sharpness. The knives are robust and manufactured with optimum weight and balance around the knife shoulder. The handle has a more ergonomic design, and thus provides a solid grip, even when weight is applied. The shape of the bolster allows the knife to be held in a pinch grip, where the thumb and index finger sit forwards on the spine of the blade for enhanced efficiency and precision. Moreover, the spine is rounded for greater finger comfort.
