Berkel has dedicated a set of knives to those who love cured meats with a ham, bread and boning knives.
The blade material is forged German stainless steel with a 58-59 HRC hardness. The handle is made of acetal resin / walnut wood.
It is recommended that these knives be washed by hand in hot water, then dried to ensure they stay intact and last a long time.
